Introducing The Hygeia HMO Summer Sales Campaign!
For the next 4 months, every Hygeia HMO staff; in Lagos & Upcountry, in sales and non-sales roles, customer-facing or back-office etc. will get an incentive on new retail sales made this summer season. In addition, the top 2 selling staff from the campaign will get incredible cash prizes of ₦500,000 and ₦400,000 respectively.
Lasting for a period of four (4) months; June – September 2019, the focus is all retail plans (insured and non-insured). See below the applicable plans:
Insured Plans: HyBasic, HyStarter, HyPrime, Senior Citizen plans.
Non-Insured Plans: HyLife, HyCheck, HyMat plans.
To qualify for these prizes, you only need to sell a minimum of ₦500,000 per month for 4 months or a total of ₦2, 000,000 for the sales period.
In order to make this more interesting and reward actual deliverables, below scenarios will apply:
Staff achieves a minimum target of ₦2,000,000 after 4 months while consistently meeting the minimum of ₦500,000 target set per month. The staff gets the Grand Prize is ₦350,000 fair and square.
Staff achieves a minimum target of ₦2,000,000 after 4 months but only meets the minimum of ₦500,000 target set for less than 4 months, an average will apply. So if for example, the staff was only able to meet 500,00 in two out of four months, the staff will earn as follows: (2/4*₦350,000 = ₦175,000).
Staff exceeds the minimum target of ₦2,000,000 by at least ₦1,000,000 (i.e. a minimum of ₦3,000,000) after 4 months without consistently meeting the minimum of ₦500,000 target set per month. The staff will earn as follows: (5/4*₦350,000 = ₦437,500).
Staff exceeds the minimum target of ₦2,000,000 by at least ₦1,000,000 (i.e. a minimum of ₦3,000,000) after 4 months and consistently meets the minimum of ₦500,000 target set per month., the staff will earn as follows(calculation please) Grand Prize is ₦500,000).
All of this is while doing your day to day job. Therefore, the Sales teams are required to first meet their monthly retail Sales target before further sales can be counted towards this campaign. Similarly, referrals received from all our channels must continue to go to Buchi and enema as appropriate. Those referrals do not form part of this campaign.
